Communications- Workshop One
StoryBoarding: (re)presenting representations.
In this workshop we explored the ways in which a site could be represented especially the differences in 2D and 3D representation and the communication of an experience or feel that the site generated.
Our work dealt with perspective and the way in which a 3D perspective could be gained from planar elements, the perspex layers. Each layer when viewed individually seemed flat however when viewed together created the allusion of depth.
This workshop challenged our perceptions of architectural communication and forced us to think beyond the ordinary.
