Mashup

The journey of life is one where we not only overcome obstacles but should strive to help others overcome theirs. she appears gentle and sympathetic toward others, she is also a "warrior"

The obstacle this Alabama native, born in 1880, had to overcome was being both blind and deaf, the result of a sickness that afflicted her at the age of 18 months. Any sights and sounds she had observed and any words that she had learnt were soon forgotten. She is a person who thrives on challenge, and she often feels that she must battle her way through life, relying on no one and nothing but her own strength, intelligence and courage.

She believes in being totally honest, true to herself and her own vision and convictions, even if it means standing alone. At the age of seven, she could never interact with others. . The other doctors had been wrong, she could communicate. She is spontaneous, impulsive, direct, enthusiastic and assertive. Miranda Kerr believes in the power of positive thinking and positive action, and she perceives herself as a strong, even invincible, person. Miranda Kerr hates being ill or in a position of dependency. Accepting her own human limitations and emotional needs is often difficult for her. Having overcome her own handicaps to become a well-educated college graduate, She devoted the rest of her life to helping the blind of the deaf, continue with her work until her death.

She may have be deaf and blind or had a demanding and perfectionist or absent father. In any case, a lack of support and approval, a great deal of responsibility at an early age and an underlying feeling that she can never quite measure up may hold her back. While she may encounter a great deal of adversity and struggle alone through many of life's trials, this makes her tough and determined. However, she should beware of becoming cynical, too hard on herself, and too demanding and critical of others.

She is attracted to world travel, foreign cultures and studies that expand her intellectual horizons and broaden her understanding of the world and became one of the most educated women who ever lived in spite of her handicaps and advocated helping others who may be afflicted to reach their full potential

She is infused with a sense of personal destiny or mission and can be extremely driven, obsessed and fanatical. Learning about power and how to use it effectively is definitely on her agenda. She confronts abusive power, tyranny and dominating people who will teach her about power and eventually force her to claim her own.

I submit to you, readers, how many of us who do not have such obstacles to overcome, can say the same? But it is as powerful an incentive as one can find.
